 Buyer pays actual shipping costs.  I can accept personal checks, money orders, and also offer a layaway plan with 1/4 down with full payment before shipping. Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible after payment clears.    

I prefer payment by check, but can accept most major credit card payments though  PAY-PAL (if paying with Paypal a 3% will be added to total.
